Who We Serve

Land For Good clients and program participants share a desire for a vital farming sector in New England. They want to farm or help foster active farming. We work with them to fulfill that vision. Together, we promote farming opportunity, rich legacy and sound stewardship.

Farm Seekers
Our Land Here! program serves new and beginning farmers, as well as junior operators on a family farm and farmers wishing to relocate or expand their operation.

Farmers
Our Farm Transfer Planning program serves farm families who are preparing to exit from farming. We work with individuals, couples and multiple generations. Clients include senior farm operators as well as family farm businesses that are planning ahead.

Other Landowners
Our Working Lands program serves non-farming landowners.  We work with private individuals and families who have residential, inherited, second-home or investment property suited for active agriculture. We also serve education and conservation organizations, municipalities and state agencies

Every Land For Good client and project partner receives the highest quality service from our staff.  We are as comfortable at a client’s kitchen table as we are with online tools and public meetings. 

We help find solutions that are good for farmers, landowners, communities and the land.
